Have you thought of God as merciful? Did you ever think that God would leave you, destroy , or forget you and His promises?
Have you considered who God is and how we act? Have you forsaken or forgotten God? Are you faithful to God? Do you do you duty to God?
I find this interesting that we think that God will leave us, destroy us, or forget. However, He doesn’t. If anyone leaves, forgets, or destroys one another, it would be us humans. God is a God promise keeper. he does not break his promises. He fulfills them according to His timeframe.
If we seek and call out to God, he is there for you. He does answer us, when we are listening patiently. One needs to be willing to be teachable to what he says. God wants us to be the best that we can be. We can only do this by being obedient to God and trusting him in all things. God is merciful, especially when we mess up. He is there to put the pieces back together.
Are you ready to accept that God is waiting for you? That He hasn’t gone anywhere? That He is giving us he mercy. That He loves us deeply.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I love you. Thank you for your mercies. I thank you that you keep your promises to not leave or destroy. You are an amazing father. I pray that we will trust in you and your word.
