This is known as God’s great commission. It’s Jesus authority to have us spread His message (vv 18). This applies to all followers/believers of Christ. We are to spread His message of salvation to all cultures and nations here on earth. It is our responsibility as a church to make disciples (train, mentor, teach). Disciples is disciplined learners and followers of Jesus who love by his commands and are continually growing in their relationship with God. If we don’t go beyond the beginning of salvation, we will desert our faith. We as the church need to focus on growth in faith. Having our relationship with God grows deeper at each level of depth. We need to focus on the spiritual lost people with Jesus message of hope. We as believers have to separate ourselves from corrupt beliefs, behaviors, and lifestyles that surround us. We need to devote ourselves wholeheartedly to God ands purpose. Devotion to God includes not hesitating to expose the evil and shame in the world to encourage others to avoid it. Baptizing in water is to represent our new life in Christ. Have you been baptized? Pray about. Are you ready to spread God’s Message? Have Faith and trust the Holy Spirit’s leading!!!
