God offers so many things to HIs people. God gives us grace and through that he also gives us gifts to use. These gifts are called gifts of grace. We can choose to resist grace and these gifts of grace.
These gifts are God-given desires and special abilities. They Holy Spirit equips us, individually, with these gifts to build up each other in the church. Also, they are to show God’s love to others. Every christian has at least one gift. Although, one may have other gifts they can exercise.
The seven grace gifts are prophecy, serving, teaching, exhorts, generosity, leader, and mercy. What sweet gifts of grace that we can accept. These seven gifts are to help us build others up in Christ. What gifts do you have? Do you know what gifts the Holy Spirit has given you? Do you accept this gift(s). Do you practice using these gifts? When we accept God’s grace and His grace, we give him glory and honor.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for giving us grace. Thank you for giving us gifts to help equip your people. I love how you have everything all thought out and planned perfectly. I pray that we will use these gifts for your glory.
