Hope of God’s Plan

I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring: he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.  Genesis 3:15

Do you see the hope in this verse?

Does it give you hope?

This verse is the first hope of God’s plan to defeat the evil and restore his relationship with people.  This verse predicts the full victory of God over Satan.  Amen!!  Verse 15 is a prophecy of a spiritual conflict between the woman’s offspring (Jesus) and Satan’s evil forces.  God made a promise that Christ would be born from a woman.  he would be bruised by his unjust death on the cross.  He would rise from the dead to completely “bruise” satan.  He defeats sin and death in order to save the human race.

Now lets’ take a look at Exodus 7:10-12, ” So Moses and Aaron went to Pharoah and did just as the Lord commanded.  Aaron cast down his staff before Pharoah and his servants, and it became a serpent.  Then Pharoah summoned the wisemen and sorcerers, and they, the magicians of Egypt, also did the smae by their secret arts.  For each man cast down his staff, and they became serpents.  But Aaron’s staff swallowed up thier staffs.”

The magicians staffs turned into snakes through demonic power.  The hearts and minds of the Egyptians were drawn strongly to magic, the supernatural, and mysteries (occultism).  The work of evil spirits (spiritism) and socerery (wizards and witches) is part of their religion.  Then Aaron’s staff, or walking stick, swallowed their staffs.  God of Israel was showing that his power was greater then the Eyptians gods.

God has all the power to defeat satan.

Do you believe that God has victory over Satan?

Are you will to build your relationship with God, so you have victory?

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for this wonderful day.  I pray that everyone will be safe in whatever weather is going on in their area.  God, I pray that we will stand on your promises and know that we in you have victory over Satan and his evil ways.

In Jesus Name

Amen
