No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, I will be with you; I will never leave you or forsake you. Be strong and courageous because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them. Be strong and very courageous. Be right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. Joshua 1:5-7
How comforting that God will be with you! God won’t leave you or forsake you. This is a promise to all of his followers. He was there for Moses and Joshua; He will be there for you. Yes, you!!!! As we go through all the struggles this life has to offer. God’s presence is a reality through his Son and the Holy Spirit. Every new job God asks of us will have its challenges. We will deal with difficult people, situations, and temptations.
Remember God won’t abandon you. We can and should ask God to help us direct us as we conquer many of life’s challenges.
In those challenges, we have to be strong and courageous. Let us be obedient to God’s word. We also need to spend time studying his word, so we know his word. . . .
Are you trust God to be with you? Do you have the courage to face the challenges of life?
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for not leaving us or forsaking us. Your word says you won’t, and I am going to trust in you. I am hoping you could help me to be courageous in the things you ask of me.
