or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do you not be deceived: neither their sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adult truth, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revivers, Nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Do you really know if you were going to heaven?
If you were living a life of unrighteousness we will not inherit the kingdom of God! Don’t be deceived! Here’s a whole list of what is unrighteousness:
sexually immoral
practicing homosexuality
revilers
swindlers
idolaters
thieves
adulterer
greedy
drunkard
If we are doing any of these things, we won’t be able to go to heaven and be with God for eternity. In a D 55 to 56 Corinthian‘s, a city in Greece, were deceived by thinking that they can do and live however they want; to be unfaithful to God. They thought their salvation inheritance in God‘s kingdom more secure. Yet it’s not.
Paul affirms for spiritual death is secured and final result of habitual sin, even for those who are followers once upon a time. According to Romans 8:13, ‘ for if you live according to the flesh she will die, but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. ‘ Paul is telling us to continually battle against all that limits us from God. We need to rely on the Holy Spirit to resist sin.
We can’t live a life of selfishness or immoral pleasure and still be a part of God’s eternal kingdom. Paul warns us numerous This in the Bible about immoral behaviors. The old testament frequently communicated this by old testament prophets. Paul warnings are directed to the whole Christian community. People! We must not be deceived. When we say we are Christians, there is a life transformation that happens
Dig into the Bible, pray consistently, find a church that is speaking biblical truth, so you will know biblical truth. No it’s not easy to give up or putting to death or immoral lifestyles. We will know our God. Yes he is love, mercy, grace, kind, gentle, and very very patient. However, our God is also jealous over us and a just God. There will be a day when we will stand Before him and he will judge us. Choose Jesus, choose to be faithful, obedient children of God and inherit the kingdom of God – HEAVEN!!

Dear Heavenly Father,

God I pray that we your followers, that we will resist all immoral behaviors and lifestyles that we are tempted to act on Holy Spirit give us the power to resist evil I pray that we will desire more in our souls to know who God is and to have a deeper relationship with him. God help us to want to heat and act on your biblical truths. Lord, help us to passionately but gentle speak truth to all
