We all go through hard things in life. If we are not careful we can harden our hearts towards God. Or you can trust God and draw closer to him in hard things. If we choose to trust God, we will be conquerors in him.
In this choice nothing can separate us form God’s love. Just because we go through the hardships does not mean God has left us or stopped loving us. Our suffering for God will bring us experience of God’s love and comfort. It will bring us closer to God. as I look back at my own hardships (small and big) God was always there. It wasn’t until this last even, that I saw his deep love for me and him being active in the situation. I have been teased for my faith, I have lost loved ones, one very much changed my outlook to life. However, all I wanted to know was why. I didn’t get angry with God, I know he had a plan and a purpose. I wanted to know why. Eighteen years later I go an answer. It was worth losing that loved one. I understand. Do I miss this loved one? YES!!!! However this loved one is in heaven. I could have walked away from God and been angry with him. I could have turned to the thoughts of God doesn’t love me. I didn’t though. I know God loves me deeply. Therefore, I will trust in him.
Will you trust in God ‘s Love for you?
Will you trust His love for you in the hardships?
Will you keep walking with Him and His ways when things get difficult?
Dear Heavenly Father,
Boy, life can be so hard! However, I am so glad that you love us deeply. I am glad that you walk through these things with us. That you don’t leave us. I pray that as we go through these things we will trust you and want your will in things situations because you see all and know all.
