Once we accept christ as our savior, we yearn for God’s bread of life. His truth which is found in the Bible. God extends an abundance of mercy to His people. We only have a taste of the compassion of God, though. Jesus taught us, his servants, that he is our protection and security.
All the christians are a chosen generation. We make one family. We are distinct in the world around us. We are sanctified by Christ. At first, we are in a darkened condition, then called out of that darkness. We are called forth to praise the Lord by our confession of truth, and good conduct.
God’s people have extensive obligations to Him. God who made us his people, showed us his great mercy.
A man may have worldly enjoyments, however to be without God’s mercy is a tragic, sad, heartbreaking, depressing circumstance to be in. Being God’s people has responsibilities, yet it also has dignity and privileges.
God offers a lot to His people, grace, mercy, and forgiveness. We, as christians, shouldn’t make light of God. If we are saved by God, let’s walk as His people.
Would you like to receive Christ as your Savior?
Are you walking as a Child of God?
Are you making light of God?
Dear Heavenly Father,
I ask that if anyone here wants to receive your mercy and grace, your forgiveness for their sins, that they listen to your calling. I pray that each of us christians start walking in obedience to your word and be a child of yours. I pray that we don’t ever make light of who you are and what you call us to do as your servants. I pray that we seek you and obey you every day of our life. God, we praise you.
In Jesus Name
Amen
