Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the Dayspring from on High has visited us, Luke 1:78 The tender mercy of our God is the heart of God. God gives the miserable and the afflicted mercy, He joined with a desire to help us. God’s mercy towards men is salvation. Here is Zacharias prophesying about John the Baptist ministry.
