how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God. Hebrews 9:14
Do you know what the blood of Christ signifies?
It signifies the sacrifice of our sins. His sacrifice is central to the New Testament concept of redemption. When Christ died on the cross, his blood, perfect, flawless, blood, removed our sins. His blood gives us the opportunity to restore our relationship with God.
Do you ever think of the hymal song, There is power in the blood? I do, especially when someone says something about Jesus blood or like this first. His blood is so powerful that it accomplishes things. His blood provides forgiveness for our sins. It’s when we are willing to turn away from our own way. It’s when we put our faith in Christ.
His blood rescues us. His blood is our ransom. It rescues or restores all true believers from the control of Satan and his evil powers.
Jesus blood justifies his believers. It makes it right with God. All who I trust their lives to him are justified. His blood it cleanses believers conscience from guilt. We then can serve God with full assurance of salvation. Jesus blood sanctifies God’s people. Sanctify means to purify, refined, set apart for God service. His precious blood opens the way for Christ followers to come directly to God through Christ.

Jesus is blood is saving, restoring, and purifying. The power of Christ blood is continually made available to believers as they come to God through faith in Jesus Christ.
There is power, power, wonder working power in blood of the lamb!!
Praise God for this wonderful plan of salvation for us. There is power in all of his blood and what it does for us. God made a way for us to be able to go directly to God through Christ. When we asked for forgiveness, we can be confident in Christ who helps changes us for God’s glory.
